Accreditation Workshop
Have you wished you were able to collaborate with other CME colleagues and learn best practices in CME? Are you unsure how to be compliant with the Standards for Integrity and Independence? The June 20 Accreditation Workshop is your once-a-year opportunity to take a deep dive into the Plan-Do-Study-Act Cycle as it relates to the Accreditation Criteria and Standards, learn from faculty and CMA CME staff, and share experiences with other CME professionals. Using in-depth discussion, tabletop work and case examples, you will be prepared to incorporate requirements in planning, implementation and evaluation of CME activities.
Annual CME Provider Conference
The June 21 conference is guaranteed to revitalize your CME team in addition to getting updates on CME from the national, state and local level. We are excited to have Dion Richetti, Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) Vice President of Accreditation and Recognition! Richetti will be giving two presentations:
- Not your father’s ACCME: An update on how ACCME is serving the community of educators and learners in 2024
- Unleashing the power of ACCME’s evaluation and outcomes criteria to maximize the impact of your CME program
You won’t want to miss his valuable insights on the Analyzes Change criteria.
Testimonial
Attending the Annual CME Provider Conference was a transformative experience. I was new to the world of CME with a prior military background, so I was starting at ground zero. This conference provided an invaluable opportunity to engage with other CME professionals. It was nice meeting other people who were new to CME and shared the same job title as me. I gained deeper understanding of CME in an interactive way and surprisingly it was a very fun conference. Many of the activities were group activities, and made you really think outside of the box. One of the highlights was the opportunity to network; sharing experiences and best practices really fostered new connections. The overall experience was great. Whether you are a veteran in the world of CME or new like me, this conference will prove to be very beneficial.
