Practice Transformation Specialist and Project Operations
Danielle has over five years of health care experience working in and with practices of varying sizes, ranging from private practices to large health care organizations. She has done extensive work around analyzing workflows, strengthening workforces, and implementing quality improvement strategies to help physicians deliver value-based care.
As a Practice Transformation Specialist, Danielle serves as a trusted partner to help practices improve processes and increase efficiencies to achieve success under an array of payment systems. She has assisted practices to successfully participate in Accountable Care Organizations under the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ Medicare Shared Savings Program (CMS’ MSSP), implement telehealth as a modality of practice, develop testing protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic, and improve risk coding and billing practices to better coordinate high quality care for patients.
Prior, Danielle worked as a Practice Transformation Specialist for a health technology-focused government agency, a Medical Office Representative for Dignity Health, and as an Office Coordinator for a private practice in Northern California.
