The second annual Physicians for a Healthy California (PHC) Health Equity Leadership Summit will take place July 11 -12, 2024, in Sacramento.
The summit is an opportunity for leaders in heath equity to engage in meaningful conversations about the most pressing health equity topics in California. Participants will also learn practical skills for improving health equity. And again, we will honor those who have made an impact in the field of health equity.
Health Equity Leadership Awards
PHC is also now accepting nominations for its annual Health Equity Leadership Awards, which will be presented at the Health Equity Leadership Awards Reception on July 11, 2024.
All nomination forms and accompanying materials must be submitted by May 3, 2024, at 11:59 p.m., P.T., to healthequitysummit@phcdocs.org.
Honorees will be notified of the selection decision by May 31, 2024. Honorees or a representative must be present at the Health Equity Leadership Summit Leadership Awards Reception on Thursday, July 11, 2024, in Sacramento to receive the awards.
