CMA Q1 council reports now available for comment

January 10, 2017
Area(s) of Interest: Physician Leadership

The California Medical Association (CMA) is now accepting comments on council reports for the first quarter of 2017.

These reports are part of CMA's year round policy-making process, as instituted at the close of the 2015 House of Delegates. The reports represent recommendations from CMA's various councils—informed by testimony from CMA members—that will go before the Board of Trustees at their first quarter 2017 meeting, January 20 in Anaheim.

These council reports are available online and open for further comment and discussion until January 17, 2017. If you have any feedback that you think would be critical for the board to consider, now is your opportunity to make your voice heard.

To view the reports and/or to make a comment, click here. You will need to log-in with your CMA web account.

Submit a resolution for consideration
If you have a resolution you would like to submit for future consideration, please e-mail it to resolutions@cmadocs.org. The resolution submission deadline for the second quarter of 2017 is January 22, but we encourage you to submit well in advance of the deadline to ensure that it is considered promptly. Please read the guidelines before submitting a resolution. Resolutions that do not follow the guidelines will be rejected.
