The California Medical Association (CMA) is excited to announce that the 2026 multi-state mentorship program for continuing medical education (CME) professionals is now open! The mentorship program is intended to support the important work you do as a CME professional and your own continuous professional development.

Program Highlights

• Deadline: December 12, 2025
• Program Duration: January 2026 through December 2026
• Eligibility: All individuals directly affiliated with an accredited CME program

Program Goals

Our mentorship program aims to:

• Support the professional development of CME professionals
• Reduce the silos of CME
• Connect and strengthen the CME community
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing among CME colleagues
• Enhance collaboration across different CME programs

Program Structure

• Both mentor and mentee positions are available
• Participants will be matched in small groups based on areas of focus
• CMA collaborates with other state medical society accreditors
