These drastic reductions would undermine health care access, particularly in rural and underserved communities. • Send a letter to Congress. A sample letter is provided that you can send as written, or add your own details about how the cuts will affect the sustainability of your practice and/or your patients’ access to care. Even if you already sent a letter to the House in previous calls to action, we need you to send our new letter to the Senate.
