The California Medical Association (CMA) and HealthTech 4 Medicaid (HT4M) are excited to announce that Michelle Flemmings, M.D., the Industry Executive & Market Development Director - HealthCare at Oracle Corporation, will be a featured speaker at the 2nd annual CMA Health IT Summit. Jointly organized by CMA and HT4M, this year’s summit, “Health IT in the Safety Net,” will take place May 7-8 at the Grand Hyatt SFO in San Francisco and bring together thought leaders from California and across the country.
Dr. Flemmings has more than three decades of bedside patient care, clinical leadership, and industry governance experience. In her role at Oracle, Dr. Flemmings supports client relationships and helps healthcare organizations achieve their digital transformation goals – whether it be achieving organizational efficiency, containing cost, or improving patient outcomes using AI/machine learning, data analytics, and cloud technology.
Dr. Flemmings’s presentation for the summit, “Fear or FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) - Examining the Future of AI in Healthcare” will outline the roadmap for integrating AI in health care by distinguishing AI’s hope from hype, identifying a short list of meaningful use cases and spotlighting keys to success. Whether you’re a seasoned industry expert or simply curious about the future, you won’t want to miss this chance to hear from Dr. Flemmings.
The CMA HIT Summit will bring together a diverse and engaged set of attendees that will include physicians, medical groups and IPAs, health plans, health information organizations (HIOs) and others who will take the learnings from this conference to change how care is delivered in this state.
