The California Medical Association’s partner podcast "The Nocturnists" has launched the sixth season of its award-winning medical storytelling podcast. This season features stories from frontline clinicians focused around the theme of "Rebirth," and will  take listeners on a captivating journey through seven episodes that delve into the personal and professional rebirths of those deeply embedded in health care.

Hosted by UCSF internal medicine physician Emily Silverman, M.D., this season features an inspiring lineup of medical professionals and students. Recorded live in Minneapolis at the Parkway Theatre in collaboration with the Center for the Art of Medicine at the University of Minnesota, this season explores themes of discovery, loss, love, and serendipitous paths to healing.

"The Nocturnists is more than a podcast; it's a movement towards a more empathetic, connected, and reflective medical community," says Dr. Silverman. "This season's theme of rebirth reflects not only the personal journeys of our storytellers but also the collective need for renewal and growth within health care itself."
