The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is reminding physicians that it will continue to transition electronic transaction services into the Medi-Cal Provider Portal. Physicians are strongly encouraged to register in the portal for continued access to electronic transaction services and take advantage of new and improved enhancements.

DHCS recently published a 2024 transition plan that provides and overview the services currently available and what’s to come with each quarterly update.
