The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) recently launched “CMS: Beyond the Policy,” a new podcast explaining recent updates and changes to Medicare policies and programs.

The first episode discusses  the rationale for 2019 Physician Fee Schedule policy changes affecting evaluation and management (E&M) codes and the impact to physicians. Leading the discussion are Kate Goodrich, M.D., CMS Chief Medical Officer, and Anand Shah, M.D., CMS Innovation Center Chief Medical Officer.
