Accredited continuing medical education (CME) providers will soon receive an invoice via separate e-mail for the Annual ACCME Pass Through Fee, which is due no later than December 20, 2019.
The invoice will come in an email from the California Medical Association (CMA) with the subject line “Invoice from California Medical Association – CME Pass Through Fee” from California Medical Association <email@example.com>. Click on the link in the body of the email to view and pay your invoice.
The Annual ACCME Pass Through Fee is determined by the average number of activities and learners reported by your organization in the Program and Activity Reporting System (PARS) from 2016-2018. Providers were notified of the tier they fall into via email and mail on June 28, 2019. The information was also posted on the CMA CME website at cmadocs.org/cme-news at the same time.
CMA will be obligated to change your organization’s accreditation status to Probation if the ACCME Pass Through Fee payment is not received by December 20, 2019.
