The American Medical Association (AMA) is hosting a live webinar on July 17, 2024, from 4-5 p.m. PST for primary care physicians interested in a participating in the new Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Primary Care Flex Model (PC Flex).

PC Flex model is a voluntary five-year model that will provide more predictable payments by testing primary care capitation within the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP). The model, which starts January 1, 2025, aims to grow participation in ACOs and the MSSP and increase the number of people with Medicare in an accountable care relationship. 

The webinar will provide an overview of the model, address frequently asked questions and provide time for live Q&A.

The webinar is co-hosted by AMA, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Physicians and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
