The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is hosting a webinar on August 25, 2021, at 12 p.m. to educate community providers about fundamental aspects of CalAIM, California’s broad Medi-Cal managed care delivery system and payment reforms, including the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and In Lieu of Services (ILOS). The webinar will cover managed care plan and provider roles, provider expectations and an overview of the payment process. Time will be reserved at the end of the webinar for a Q&A session.

The webinar, the second in a two-part series, will be tailored to health and social service providers, counties, and other organizations currently participating in a Whole Person Care pilot or the Health Homes Program, that may be interested in, or are in the process of, becoming an ECM or ILOS provider.
