CMA partner Aledade helps physicians get over $83M in 2020 shared savings

May 04, 2021

CMA Physician Services—a subsidiary of the California Medical Association (CMA)—has partnered with Aledade, to help independent primary care physicians and health centers successfully pursue value-based care. Adelade does this by working with independent primary care physicians and health centers to build and lead Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) that allow them to remain independent and thrive financially by keeping people healthy.

Aledade is pleased to announce that preliminary results for the 2020 Medicare Shared Savings Program project $83.5 million in savings that will be distributed directly back to its partner practices. On average, Aledade is projecting that its partner practices will receive $242 per beneficiary in savings dollars.

Aledade is currently accepting enrollments through August 3, 2021. If you are interested, please reach out to Sarah Summer, CEO of CMA Physician Services, for more information at ssummer@cmadocs.org.
