New: Standards for Integrity and Independence

Area(s) of Interest: Continuing Medical Education (CME)

The Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) announced new “Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education” in December 2020 to streamline, clarify and modernize existing standards.

All providers are expected to comply with the new standards by January 1, 2022. Please review ACCME’s resources and toolkit for more information.
