Thank you for completing the annual Program and Activity Reporting System (PARS) year-end reporting requirement; we hope the extended timeframe helped during the pandemic.

As a reminder, you are encouraged to add activities throughout the year, rather than wait for year-end reporting deadlines. Below are a few more helpful tips:

• In RSS, each series should be reported as one activity, with multiple dates/sessions that are offered throughout the year. As such, an RSS would have one entry, with the total cumulative hours for all sessions held during the year; and each learner counted for each attended session.
• Once data is entered, download activity data and check data points, including RSS activities with low hours, which are unusually low for this activity type; live activities with 0 participants are not usually included in the annual report; and if two of the same activity are listed.
• If providing MOC for RSS, providers should enter the activity in PARS for the total amount of credit a learner could earn throughout the whole series.
