The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), in partnership with the Center for Health Care Strategies, The SCAN Foundation and Harbage Consulting, will host a summit for those providers participating in the Cal MediConnect program on Tuesday, June 23, at the Riverside Convention Center. 

The summit aims to give providers, managers and frontline staff the concrete tools and information they need to participate in the Cal MediConnect program. The program will feature different panel discussions that bring together health plans, plan delegates and other providers for practical conversations about care integration and operational issues. In addition, plan representatives will be available during lunch to answer questions from providers needing plan-specific assistance.
