Join the California Medical Association's Institute for Medical Quality on Friday, August 14, 2015, for the next CME Essentials Workshop, held at the Alameda Contra Costa Medical Association in Oakland. This one-day course covers the fundamentals of planning a continuing medical education (CME) activity in compliance with accreditation criteria and policies.
The CME Essentials Workshop is designed for chairs, coordinators, educators and managers of CME programs, and for those involved in planning continuing education activities. The workshop covers the fundamentals of designing an educational activity and assessing its impact on improving competency, performance, and/or patient outcomes.
