Now is your chance to nominate a professional caregiver or team for the 2016 National Compassionate Caregiver of the Year (NCCY) Award, which recognizes health care professionals who display extraordinary devotion and compassion in caring for patients and families. Professional caregivers and teams who work directly with patients in any U.S. health care setting are eligible for this prestigious award, which celebrates the importance of human connection, hope and compassion in health care.

The award recipient and five finalists will be honored before an audience of 2,000 caregivers and health care executives at the Annual Kenneth B. Schwartz Center Compassionate Healthcare Dinner in Boston in November.
