Physicians for a Healthy California (PHC) will be hosting a panel titled “Partnering with Executives to Advance Health Equity within California” at the Health Equity Leadership Summit, happening July 11-12 in Sacramento.
Moderated by California Department of Health Care Services Chief Health Equity Officer Pamela Riley, M.D., the panel will provide guidance on how to best partner with decisionmakers to advance and elevate health equity programs within California’s health care organizations.
The panel will also feature Martha Santana-Chin, Health Net’s Medicare and Medi-Cal president, and Baljeet Sangha, San Francisco Health Network’s chief operating officer.
PHC’s Health Equity Leadership Summit will provide an opportunity for physicians, executives, advocates and allies to find community, engage in hands-on trainings and workshops, and hold in-depth conversations about how they are addressing the issue of health equity in California through their care of underserved communities throughout the state.
