Last year, Congress provided more than $175 billion in funding to help physicians sustain their practices through the COVID-19 pandemic. To help physicians understand how they must report on their Provider Relief Fund expenditures, the California Medical Association (CMA) is hosting a webinar with Moss Adams on August 11, 2021, at 12:15 pm.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released revised reporting requirements and frequently asked questions that went into effect on June 11, 2021. The updates reflect significant changes to prior guidance.
In this webinar, CMA and representatives from accounting firm Moss Adams will share the latest information and how it could affect your organization, as well as help in navigating the reporting requirements.
Topics that will be covered include key changes and outstanding questions related to the PRF reporting guidance, including:
- Deadlines to use and spend funds and report expenses
- Lost revenue reporting
- Updates to the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards and audit information
- Best practices on how to account for and track funds
- Instructions and tips to navigate the reporting portal
