The California Medical Association (CMA) is hosting a free webinar on January 21, 2020, to update physician practices about the latest federal stimulus act. The one-hour webinar—Latest Federal Stimulus Act - What Physicians and Practice Leaders Need to Know—will cover the following:

• Second round of Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans
• Employee retention tax credits
• Changes to the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program
• Tax law changes that are beneficial to business owners

The webinar will be presented by Chris Bell, a CPA and partner with Moss Adams, LLP, who provides tax, strategic planning and transaction planning services to health care organizations throughout California. He is a frequent speaker and author on tax reform, the Affordable Care Act, and health care policy.
