The third installment of CMA’s Telehealth Webinar Series for Small and Medium Sized Practices “The Patient Experience” is now open for registration. The one-hour webinar will be Sept. 16, 2020, at 12:15 p.m.
As physicians across the country are implementing telehealth in their practices, one of their biggest challenges is engaging their patients using technology. Without a customer service plan in place, really connecting with patients can be difficult.
This webinar will bring together a panel of three physicians from different specialties and regions of the state to discuss their experiences implementing telehealth in their practices and how they maintain a strong physician-patient relationship through technology. The panel will share tips and tricks from the front lines of their busy practices. Practices will gain a real-world perspective on what it takes to provide a good patient experience through telehealth.
If you missed the previous installments, you can view them on-demand at cmadocs.org/telehealth-webinars.
This webinar series is made possible through the support of the California Health Care Foundation and is open to all physician practices.
