Due to impacts from the COVID-19 emergency, the California Parkinson's Disease Registry (CPDR) is extending the upcoming deadline for data submission. The next deadline for data submission is June 29, 2020, and will include all reportable patient encounters through March 31, 2020, including those that would have been due next week.

CDPR is a statewide population-based registry that used to measure the incidence and prevalence of Parkinson's disease. The data collected will be used to better understand this disease to improve the lives of Parkinson’s patients.
