The California Department of Health Care Services’ (DHCS) transition of all fiscal intermediary duties from Conduent to DXC Technology happened October 1, 2019. DXC Technology has been working closely with Conduent to ensure a smooth transition. For the latest information on the transition—including frequently asked questions—see the DHCS website.

With this vendor transition, there are no changes to provider claims or attachment submission (electronic or paper), checkwrite schedules, or avenues of provider or member support. Refer to the Contact Medi-Cal page on the Medi-Cal website for the provider support telephone numbers, P.O boxes for correspondence submission and specialized provider support programs.

Information on potential changes to assigned Regional Field Representative staff can be found in the September Newsflash.

Practices that experience any difficulties believed to be related to the transition are encouraged to contact the California Medical Association at (888) 401-5911 or economicservices@cmadocs.org.
