COVID-19 Cases in CA by County

As cases of COVID-19 continue to spread across California, we are tracking the total number of cases and where the state hotspots are for the disease. According to the Los Angeles Times, cases have been reported in 42 of California’s 58 counties. The largest number of cases are in Santa Clara and Los Angeles Counties.

These numbers are changing quickly, and being updated frequently. Various news publications are providing statewide tracking information, many of which are free of charge. You can track the latest county-by-county information from the following publications:
