Free PPE for Medical Practices

The State of California is making millions of pieces of medical-grade PPE – including N95 masks, surgical masks, shields, gowns, and gloves – available FREE to physician practices. The California Office of Emergency Services is partnering with CMA to distribute this equipment to qualifying small and medium sized medical practices. PPE Relief kits include up to a two-month supply (exact amount may vary by practice size, specialty and location). Questions? See the FAQ.

Free PPE Events: Capacity Reached

Due to overwhelming demand, we have reached capacity for our initial distribution events. Once all events are completed, we will determine if there is a surplus available for redistribution. If you would like to be notified of future distribution events, please email ppe@cmadocs.org.

CMA’s COVID-19 Resources

CMA has been closely monitoring the impact COVID-19 is having on physician practices across the state. CMA has been advocating on many fronts for appropriate relief and regulatory flexibility so the physicians of California can provide quality care to patients during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. CMA has also developed a wide array of resources to help physicians during the public health emergency. All of these resources are available FREE to physicians, regardless of their membership status.
