The California Medical Association (CMA), along with its family of subsidiary organizations and companies, employs more than 100 professional staff in Sacramento and is always recruiting high-performing employees who believe in our mission. An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer, CMA staff enjoy competitive salaries, exceptional benefits and a rewarding work environment.

As an employer of over 100 employees, CMA follows federal guidelines requiring mandatory vaccinations for COVID-19. In support of the physicians we serve and as part of our company culture, we believe vaccines are an important tool in safeguarding public health.

"Working for and with the physicians of California is rewarding on so many levels. As CMA staff, we get to see ideas evolve from nascent concepts into fully formed policies that directly impact the every days lives of Californians."
