The California Medical Association continuing medical education (CME) team will hold its next quarterly training session for new CME staff and planners on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 2-4 p.m. We encourage anyone who has begun working with CME within the last six months to attend this session, or for anyone wanting a refresher of accreditation requirements. To reserve your spot, please email cme@cmadocs.org. Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your understanding of CME accreditation and best practices.

This CME orientation aims to:

  1. Demonstrate the value of accreditation in CME
  2. Provide an overview of accreditation core criteria
  3. Familiarize attendees with the Standards for Integrity and Independence
  4. Introduce key policies governing CME
  5. Share key resources and tools
