Physicians: Don’t forget to VOTE

October 26, 2018
Area(s) of Interest: Advocacy

Election Day is just a little over one week away. We hope that you will show up to the polls (or mail in that vote-by-mail ballot) and ensure that the voice of physicians and patients are heard loud and clear at the ballot box.

If you vote by mail (also known as "absentee"), your ballot must be postmarked on or before Election Day and received by your county elections office no later than 3 days after Election Day.  If you are not sure your vote-by-mail ballot will arrive in time if mailed, you—or your authorized representative—can bring it to any polling place in your county between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Election Day. If you need to look up your polling place, you can do so on the California Secretary of State website.
